10th Annual Chelseafest featuring Miss Chelsea Berry! Bob Halperin opens!

Okay Folks! We're at the "Sunshine List" reservation level! What does that mean? Well, if it's a good day on July 19, absolutely nothing. If it's a sprinkles, misty, light rain kind of day, not much, we have a big tent. If thunder and lighting is predicted, it means we'll have to move things indoors (musical equipment, electrical equipment, heavy rain and lightning, not my kind of a party) and the first 40 people who have submitted their donation to hold a seat will be the ones who move indoors. We have those 40 people already.
