7th Annual CHELSEAFEST with Miss Chelsea Berry (Bob Halperin opens)

We're borrowing Terrra Farm (Thank you Jon and Chistine Gifford)  for one of the most anticipated events every year!

It wouldn't be a Borrowed House Concerts season without Chelseafest.  This event includes a pretty decent BBQ (if I do say so myself!), an opening set from our friend Bob Halperin and then rolls into an evening of music with Miss Chelsea Berry!  

Note:  This is intended to be an outdoor event.  We will try to have enough cover that it can be rain or shine. However, if it's torrential, or electrical (thunder and lightning) then to prevent damage to the instruments, or our equipment, we'll be forced inside (Always have a Plan B).  In that case, the first 35 people who submit their donation will be invited inside, #36+ will get a refund.  36+ in that case would also become the wait list.

We'll try to track the weather to give everyone plenty of notice.
